Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "Player") and bos911, operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs your use of the bos911 website, including all services, games and features available on this platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any services offered by bos911, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Membership Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the bos911 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.

• Registering for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at any one time. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be terminated and balances may not be returned, subject to a review carried out by bos911.

bos911 reserves the right to conduct identity checks and age verification at any time. You may be required to provide a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or a valid identification document when requested, for compliance and security purposes.

Account Management and Player Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login information secure, including your username and password. bos911 recommends that you use a strong password that is different from passwords used on other platforms, and that you change it regularly.

All transactions and betting activity carried out through your account will be considered valid and performed by you, unless you have reported an account compromise to our support team before the activity occurred. bos911 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that was not reported promptly.

You agree not to share your account, transfer balances to other players through unapproved means, or use another person's account without authorisation. Breaching this policy may result in permanent account closure without prior notice.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bos911 supports several deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of players in Malaysia:

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after security checks are completed.

bos911 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures on any withdrawal request. Players may be required to submit supporting documents before a withdrawal is approved, in order to comply with international financial guidelines. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Bonus Terms, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by bos911 are subject to specific wagering requirements set at the time the promotion is launched. Players are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus offer.

For the welcome bonus, players receive 150% of their first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM3,750 (RM150 × 25) to be met first. For a deposit of RM1,400, a bonus of RM1,000 is given, with a wagering requirement of RM25,000 (RM1,000 × 25).

The bos911 VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.2%. Your VIP tier increases based on your gaming activity over time. bos911 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.

Game Rules and Betting Integrity

All games available on the bos911 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and mix parlay — are operated using random number generator (RNG) technology or live streams from licensed and independently audited providers.

Players agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game. The use of any method that unlawfully alters game outcomes, including collusion or falsification of information, constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

bos911 reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained as a result of a technical error, mispriced odds or system fault. In such situations, bos911 will return the original bet amount to the player's account.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification is complete.

bos911 fully supports responsible gambling practices. Players who feel they need a break from betting activity may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, access to the platform will be fully restricted and no promotions will be sent to the player concerned.

bos911 also reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any player suspected of violating these terms, without prior justification, subject to an investigation that will be carried out.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

bos911 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, technical disruptions, or unauthorised access that was not reported in a timely manner.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of continuous availability. bos911 will endeavour to minimise service disruptions but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

The law governing this agreement is the law of the jurisdiction in which bos911 is licensed. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through arbitration procedures in accordance with the rules set by the relevant regulatory body.

Amendments to Terms and Communications

bos911 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Players are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

All official communications from bos911 to you will be sent via the email address registered at account opening, or through in-platform notifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that the registered email address is active and accessible.
